Looking into leasing a BMW 7 Series? Find answers below to the most frequently asked questions.

  • What does a lease cost on a BMW 7 Series? The lease on a new BMW 7 Series depends on the model. The 750i xDrive Sedan lease will be higher than the 740e xDrive iPerformance, so the best way to find out is to visit our lease page for our current lease offers.

  • Is it possible to lease a BMW 7 Series with $0 down? Yes, it's possible to lease a BMW 7 Series with $0 down-payment but you will have to give us a call at (570) 338-6955 to discuss it. All lease offers on our website require down payment. Note that $0 down doesn't mean $0 at signing; there are additional fees that need to be paid before you get the keys (sales tax, registration fee, acquisition fee, and first month's payment).
  • What fees in addition to the down payment are due at signing? When leasing a BMW 7 Series in addition to the down payment the following fees are due at signing:
    • Acquisition fee
    • Registration fee
    • Title fee
    • Acquisition fee
    • Security deposit (for buyers with less than stellar credit)
    • Sales tax

If you have further questions, give us a call at (570) 338-6955 to speak with one of our leasing specialists.
  • How do I tell if I should lease or buy? There's an easy way to tell - find out how many miles you drive a year. If it's less than 10,000 miles, leasing makes more sense. While there are leases for high-mileage drivers if you drive more than 10,000 miles a year, financing a vehicle is a better deal.
  • Is maintenance included in the lease payment of BMW Series 7? All new vehicle leased vehicles are covered by BMW original warranty that includes the factory-recommended maintenance services such as engine oil, engine filter, brake fluid and spark plug changes.

To learn more about BMW's new vehicle warranty check out the official BMW Ultimate Care page.
  • Is there a limit on the miles a BMW 7 Series can be driven per year? Yes, there's a 10,000-mile cap per 12 months. It's possible to purchase additional miles when signing the lease or at the end of the lease period. If you know you'll be driving more than the allowed 10,000 miles/year, prepaying for additional miles is a better deal (even though you won't get a refund for miles you didn't drive).
  •  Is it possible to buy additional miles since I expect to drive more? Yes, you can prepay for additional miles at lease sign or pay for the overage at the end of the lease term.  If you choose to pay at lease sign know that you won't get a refund for the miles you bought but didn't drive. If you choose to pay at the end of the lease for the miles above the limit, know that you'll be charged $0.25 per mile (as of writing this). Usually, prepaying for miles is a better deal.
  • Is GAP insurance included in the BMW 7 Series lease? No, GAP insurance can be purchased separately; it is not included in the BMW 7 Series lease. For a good deal shop around and compare offers from a few companies.
  • Is it possible to purchase the BMW 7 Series I have been leasing at the end of the lease term? Yes, you can do that. The buyout price is spelled out in your lease contract. One thing not so many people know is that you can buy the vehicle at any point during the lease. If you are thinking about buying out your Series 7 Beemer, give us a call at (570) 338-6955.
  • Is it possible to end my lease early? Yes, you can end the lease of your BMW 7 Series before the end of the lease contract. Be aware that there are early cancellation fees that will be charged. However, depending on what you want to do next, these charges can be minimized or completely waived. The vehicle can be returned at any BMW authorized dealership in Pennsylvania or the U.S. for that matter.
  • My lease is about to expire. Can I extend it? Yes, an expiring lease can be extended. You can re-lease for another 12-24 months while looking for a deal on your next car or truck. To discuss it or if you have further questions call BMW of Wyoming Valley at (570) 338-6955.
  • Can a BMW lease be transferred/assumed? Yes, you can transfer the lease of your BMW Series 7 car to someone else given you have more than 6 monthly payments remaining. Be aware that there's a $500 initiation fee to do that.
  • Can I lease a pre-owned BMW 7 Series car? Yes, you can lease a pre-owned BMW 7 Series. Check out our certified pre-owned BMWs and call our finance department at (570) 338-6955 to discuss lease terms.
  • Will BMW lease with bad credit? It's possible but keep in mind that the lease offers you see advertised are for drivers with excellent credit. If your credit is less than stellar call our finance department at (570) 338-6955 and one of our lease specialists will work with you.
