All that power is directed to the eight-speed M Steptronic automatic transmission with Drivelogic. While the X6 M is equipped with BMW xDrive Intelligent all-wheel-drive and Dynamic Performance Control to provide outstanding vehicle dynamics, the reality is that the X6 M will rarely see an off-roading trail. A track day event on an actual race circuit is another story, and one where the X6 M will truly shine. But should there ever be a situation where slippage occurs, the DPC system can vary the torque load from 0-to-100 percent at both the front and the rear axle whenever needed. With the addition of BMW M Servotronic steering, and M Motorsport braking system along with performance staggered tires, you'll quickly realize you are behind the wheel of a Sports Activity Vehicle that thinks it's a sports car.
